Convention Company applies, the following conditions and applications to any event and study trip. In Notwithstanding these conditions you will be previewed by us informed.

Included
This trip is including:

* All flights in economy class
* All airport tax
* Accommodation in specified hotels
* Excursions as mentioned, accompanied by English-speaking guides
* All meals as specified in the program
* All transfers by bus
* Cost Convention attendance/ registration fee

Not included
This trip is not including:

* Beverages outside the program meals, or otherwise specified
* Cancellation and travel insurance
* Personal expenses
* Tips


Flights
If you want to travel on different dates or times, we will try to help you find the best possible conditions in terms of airlines and ticketing fee. All in consultation with you a travel itinerary will be assembled.


Conditions
After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice for the total price, this bill must be paid within thirty days.

Until 60 days before departure, you can check your participation cancel any payments without deduction of expenses refunded to you. If cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to departure 50% of the price will be withheld.

If cancelled within 30 days before departure, no refund is possible. However, you are invited to find up to fourteen days prior to departure someone else to take your place. There is a fee of € 200, - to a change ticket, that will be charged.
